Park Avenue Policies:

Cancellation Policy: I know that life can get in the way sometimes, so if you need to cancel your appointment, I will need a minimum of 48 hours notice. Please contact me via text or voice message if you need to cancel. If less than 48hours are given 50% of your service price will need to be paid before another appointment can be made. 

No-Show Policy: No shows will be required to pay 50% of their service costs before another appointment can be made. 

NOTE: All new colour and keratin treatment customers must have patch test at least 48 hours before appointment.
